By using KevinSites (us, we, our, KevinNetwork), you agree that your use of it will be governed by these Terms of Service.

Termination

KevinNetwork reserves the right to terminate and/or suspend the service of our users at any time, with or without notice, with or without reason. Appeals will be revieiewed solely at our discretion and we are under no obligation to review, consider, or accept an appeal of a KevinNetwork termination or suspension.

Warranty

The KevinSites service is provided to its users "AS-IS" without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

We are not responsible for the data stored on the KevinSites service. By using our service, you agree that we are not responsible for any data loss or service unavailability. Users of KevinSites are solely responsible for keeping backups of their own data.

Privacy

KevinSites collects and stores only the data necessary to provide you the KevinSites service, such as your Username, E-Mail address, Password, IP address, and the files and other data you upload to your site. Your data is not shared with any third party, however may be reviewed by KevinNetwork system administrators for purposes of diagnostics and abuse prevention.

By using KevinSites, you agree that KevinNetwork system administrators may access and review all the information and data you submit or upload to our service at any time, with or without cause, with or without reason.

We use browser cookies to save your login session to the KevinSites panel.

Acceptable use

You take full legal responsibility for all data you host with KevinSites. You agree to defend and indemnify the owners and operators of KevinSites in any legal proceeding resulting from your usage of the service.

You may not use KevinSites to store or serve any of the following:

• Any material that is unlawful under the law of the United States of America, or of the State of Illinois
• Any NSFW material, including but not limited to pornography, gore, hentai, and other sexually explicit imagery, real or artistic. KevinSites has the final say in what constitutes NSFW material.

  KevinSites has no tolerance for illegal (forceful) sexual material. Any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) will be promptly reported to the appropriate authorities and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, along with the appropriate account information and IP addresses.

• Any malicious software (malware), whether for malicious or educational purposes
• Any other content, at the sole discretion of KevinSites, that is deemed to be inappropriate for the service.

Any accounts in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may be terminated at any time, without notice.
